Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS) is a charitable trust that works for the welfare of the retired, released and discharged personnel of the Bangladesh Armed Forces and their dependents.

It was founded in 1972 after the independence of Bangladesh, as a successor of the Fauji Foundation. SKS inherited some industrial and commercial assets from the Fauji Foundation, such as factories, buildings and shares in various companies. Since its inception, SKS has expanded its activities and investments in the field of construction, insurance, banking, trading, education and so on. This organization is administrated by the Bangladesh Army and has a net worth of BDT 1155.88 crore.
