Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS) is a charitable business organization that works for the welfare of the retired, released and discharged personnel of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. Sena Kalyan Constructions and Developments (SKCD) is a sister concern of SKS which begins its journey in 2009 in the Real Estate Sector. Since its inception, SKCD has set an exemplary instance in customer service through its quality of work.

Achievement of ISO: 9001 Certification added another golden feather to its crown. 
 
 
 I am optimistic that SKCD will usher in a new era in the real estate sector by constructing the first ever 41 storied building in the country. I always wish for a SKCD that remains admirably purposeful and reaches its pinnacle of success based on the principles of Trust, Quality and Commitment.
